As a child, I suddenly became very ill. After 8 years of medication, pain and struggle I finally took matters into my own hands. Once I quit my meds, started exercising, hired a nutritionist and found massage and acupuncture I stared to heal. The illness I once despised became a blessing because it set me on the path to health and helping others. Over the last 25 years, I’ve learned to body is a beautiful and amazing organism that can heal itself with just a helping hand from compassionate and skilled practitioners. When chosen to be that hand, I always feel luck and honored.

After taking my first kinesiology course 15 years ago, I was hooked. Since then I have traveled the US and abroad finding and studying with the most impassioned and talented teachers. Learning their brilliant techniques and listening to their individual philosophies, my passion for anatomy, movement and knowledge has continued to grow.
